We are finally starting to get the baby's room ready. And by getting the room ready, I mean going through all the crap we have thrown in there that we don't want messing up the rooms in the house that people actually see.
I am wondering how much we should decorate. Do people still create nurseries?
I am asking all of the parents out there, what did you do? Did you go all out or did you feel like you were fine with the bare necessities?

We always just had what we needed. The baby really does not care anyway.. The decorating is mostly for you
Taaaaammmmmmmmmmy.......I lost track of you. I used to read your blog , gosh, I don't know how long it has been now. But at that time, you were still on your journey for adoption.
CONGRATULATIONS.....I am happy for you and excited.
as for decorating a nursery....do whatever makes you happy,.
Bare necessities for us...we moved so much that it never made sense to go overboard but if you are staying put for a few years and have the $$$ to do it, go all out !
Congrats on your baby! I've never done too much in a baby's space. They outgrow everything so quickly that I never wanted to waste too much money on doing it just for a short time.
Have fun and can't wait to see what you do!
