I think he's doing a great job turning this country into a socialist nation. When we reach a point where the government is controlling small business or even large businesses, we have issues. Obama decided he had the right to fire CEO's in order to give bail out money. OH and bail out money... what a freakin' joke. REALLY. What level headed American citizen didn't see this play out: government gives money, company wastes money, goverment is shocked!!! What a bunch of idiots. Oh, and then lets give them a second round of money; our children and their children's children don't need to eat - they can pay taxes until they pay this crap back. The press loves Obama, he can do NO wrong in their eyes, but COME ON! The man can't even speak without a teleprompter running for him. Would our nation be better off if someone else were in office, who knows. But, I don't think it would be worse. The country was put into the hands of a man who had never run anything.

You should go read Bringing Happy Back's blog, he's linked in mine. You'll have to go back to his political stuff. What a read. He is a great writer! Not to mention his stories are hilarious.

I have to agree with the other commenters; I haven't been very impressed with what he has done other than get us tremendously into debt and I have stopped watching a lot of news channels because I found myself talking back to them a lot. safe to say I didn't vote for him; safe to say I'm glad ultimately God is in control and this didn't catch God by surprise; there's a reason Obama is president and I'll just continue to trust in God.

good question for this Monday; made me think a bit :)

Wow, the other commentors took the words right out of my mouth. 3 and a half years till the next election and hopefully 3 and a half years to getting someone else in office is all I can say.

Just so you all know where I stand... I did NOT vote for Obama and actually felt sick when I heard he won. I agree with all of you. The only thing is, we as an American People can impeach him. We don't have to wait for the next election and give him 3 more years to drive this country into the ground!

Well, I'm in the minority here! I voted for Obama - and I think he's doing great. There will never be a point where we won't have criticism for any President, so I'm not worried.

Every time he opens his mouth to speak I literally cringe and wish there was a way to will him to be quiet. He is an evil person with an evil agenda and I am afraid of what state the world will become in the next 4 years!!
